Chocolate Farm & Botanical Gardens Tour

Embark on an enchanting Eco-Tour of the Chocolate Farm and Botanical Gardens, where the wonders of nature and the magic of cacao come together to create a captivating experience.  

There, knowledgeable guides will lead you through lush tropical rainforests and stunning botanical gardens, where you will discover a rich tapestry of plant life, from exotic flowers to towering trees. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife sightings, including monkeys, toucans, sloths, poison dart frogs, tropical butterflies, and an array of birds that call this 30-acre paradise home. 

Learn about the fascinating process of cacao cultivation and chocolate production, as well as the diverse fauna that thrive in this pristine environment. Gain insight into the cultural significance of various plants to the Indigenous Ngäbe community. 

This educational and exhilarating experience lasts 2 to 3 hours and offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while immersing yourself in the exquisite world of chocolate. Indulge in delicious samples, including chocolate-infused treats and rum. 

Daily tours are available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Reservations are required. 

After the tour, take a piece of paradise home with you by purchasing some delicacies from the producers’ chocolate collection.
